The third edition of FEINDEF, the most important defense and security fair in the national market, will take place at IFEMA, Madrid, from May 17 to 19

Grupo Oesía will present from May 17 to 19, at FEINDEF, its ecosystem of brands, each of which is specialized in different areas of the security and defense sector.
Among the technological innovations that the technological multinational will present in this edition, advances in quantum cryptography (QKD), photonics, artificial intelligence, or next-generation tactical and satellite communications stand out.
At its stand, the company will show its latest developments and capabilities, which are offered with innovative solutions to incorporate into the main national and international defense and security programs for the coming years, such as Eurofighter, NGWS/FCAS, EuroDrone, Tigre MKIII, VAC , SPIKE LR2, Leopard 2E, F100, 8×8 Dragon, BAM, among others.
It should be noted that, in this edition, at the Grupo Oesía stand there will be an important area of products on static and dynamic display. Among them, we can highlight the communications equipment on board a VAMTAC demonstrator vehicle, as well as a simulation room, with the Field Artillery Simulator (SIMACA) demonstrator, with the JTAC pilot station, so that visitors can interact and learn first-hand about the capabilities of the system.
Through Tecnobit-Grupo Oesía, it will present its suite of solutions in on-board electronics, tactical communications, secure communications, intelligent vision (optronics, IRST and displays) and simulation.
With Cipherbit-Grupo Oesía, the first Spanish brand especially dedicated to cybersecurity and the development of secure communications products, it will exhibit its cybersecurity and encryption solutions and services, certified by the CCN and NATO. Among its main novelties are the QKD quantum cryptography solutions.
In turn, UAV Navigation-Grupo Oesía will be present with its guidance, navigation and control systems for unmanned aerial vehicles. These systems are characterized by their robustness and reliability and are used in a wide range of UAVs/UAS/RPAS from aerospace manufacturers.
While its brand Inster-Grupo Oesía, specialized in the development of technology for terrestrial, naval, air and space satellite communications, stands out the presentation of SGoPack, an innovative satellite communication system that uses adjustable flat panel antenna technology electronically (ESA technology) to LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellites.
Another of the main novelties will be the solutions related to photonics, which will mark the superiority in the electromagnetic spectrum in the future.
FEINDEF
The fair, which will take place at the Palacio de Congresos de Madrid, IFEMA, will have in its third edition more than 40,000 square meters of exhibition, more than 2,000 square meters of static exhibition, 428 exhibitors, 100 delegations, from 26 countries different, and an estimated influx of more than 20,000 visitors.
In the words of its executive president, Luis Furnells, “Feindef is, without a doubt, a great showcase for publicizing our innovative capabilities for the defense and security of the future, which provide national sovereignty to our country, contributing to the strategic autonomy of Europe “.

In addition to displaying products and services, and receiving visitors at its stand, during the Fair, Grupo Oesía experts will participate in the following forums and round tables:
- Wednesday 17, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., General (R) Salvador Álvarez Pascual, Director of Strategy, coordinates the table “Disruptive Technologies for the Defense of the Future”.
- Wednesday 17, from 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Alfredo Díez, director of Cipherbit-Grupo Oesía, will be part of the round table “The new European directive NIS-2”
- Thursday 18, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Luis Furnells, executive president of Grupo Oesía, participates in the round table “Sustainability in defense: challenge and opportunity”, organized by Tedae.
- Friday 19, from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m., Félix Fernández Merino, director of the Industrial Business area, will participate in the round table: “New Weapons and Material Programs in the new economic scenario.”
