UMEX – SimTEX 2022 will take place at Abu Dhabi starting on February the 20th, till the 23rd
Tecnobit – Grupo Oesía, continuing with the commercial strategy of internationalization of its products and services, will participate in the new edition of the UMEX – SimTEX 2022 fair, which will take place at the National Exhibition Center of Abu Dhabi, ADNEC, between February 20 and 23.
This exhibition focuses on two areas in which Tecnobit-Grupo Oesía has qualifications and experience, unmanned systems and simulation and training.
In this last area, Tecnobit – Grupo Oesía technology is recognized for its long history in the Field Artillery Simulator (SIMACA) in Spain, which this year celebrated its twentieth anniversary in service; or the Fire Support Simulator (SIMAF) in Brazil, currently considered the biggest military simulator in Latin America. This new simulator, called SIMTAR, will provide the Emirati Armed Forces with a capacity that they did not have until now, providing maximum precision, technical and tactical training, allowing instructions in mission planning, terrain reconnaissance, surveillance, acquisition of objectives, preparation, and execution, as well as damage assessment.
For its part, UMEX is one of the benchmark events in the Middle East and North Africa for the unmanned vehicle sector. This event brings together a large number of leading companies in the sector and covers the latest developments in the unmanned systems industry through exhibitions, conferences, and live flight demonstrations, this being an ideal platform to discuss the latest developments, trends, and innovations in the Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs) sector. In this market, Tecnobit – Grupo Oesía has the collaboration of UAV Navigation, a reference company in the design and manufacture of guidance, navigation, and control solutions for this type of aircraft. This alliance allows Tecnobit-Grupo Oesía to have extensive experience of UAV Navigation in the industry and strengthen its presence in this sector by increasing its technological offer within the unmanned avionics industry.
