The AL300 LTE-M waterproof tracker can assist with outdoor heavy machinery & transportation equipment to effectively control costs
ATrack Technology launched the AL300 LTE-M waterproof tracker with IP67 waterproof and dustproof functions, particularly designed for heavy machinery or transportation equipment that needs to be monitored for a long time and placed outdoors, such as refrigerated trucks, scooters, trailers, and agricultural and construction heavy machinery. In addition to the powerful IP67 enclosure, the AL300 can monitor the driving behavior and the equipment operation data in real-time and supports global LTE Cat. M1 wireless communication, effectively reducing communication costs as the best management partner for heavy machinery equipment and fleets.
Powerful waterproof and dustproof functions to perfectly adapt to harsh environments
As many agricultural or heavy construction machines operate outdoors for a long time and are often dispatched to various places to execute tasks, it is difficult for managers to keep abreast of their locations and efficiently deploy them in real-time. With the AL300 LTE-M waterproof tracker, managers can monitor the real-time location of the machinery and mechanical operation, while further accessing the engine information to understand the status of the equipment to predict failure and maintain it accordingly, thereby avoiding high maintenance costs or operating losses caused by any emergencies. In addition, the AL300 can be applied to lease management. The geo-fence function can monitor whether the machinery is operating in the designated work area. If there is any abnormality, it will notify managers immediately to prevent the equipment from being stolen.
With the IP67 waterproof and dustproof functions, dust can be completely prevented from entering the AL300, while it can be immersed in water up to one meter deep for 30 minutes. It can even function normally in any harsh environment. In addition to heavy machinery, it can be applied to refrigerated trucks, trailers, and the scooter-sharing system that has gained traction in recent years.
It supports Bluetooth to connect to multi-sensors.
The AL300 can be connected to various sensors through Bluetooth to monitor the operation of the equipment and respond to any abnormalities in real-time. During cold-chain transportation, the AL300 can be connected to the temperature sensors to monitor the temperature of refrigerated containers at any time that they have been in low temperatures. If there is any abnormality, it will notify managers immediately to prevent the abnormal temperature from affecting the quality of the goods, thereby reducing losses. In the aspect of driving safety, the AL300 supports tire pressure sensors to keep abreast of the pressure and temperature of tires in real-time and detect abnormal conditions early, such as a flat tire, to improve driving safety and prevent accidents.
The IoT LTE Cat. M1 network lowers operating costs.
LTE Cat. M1 technology is adopted for the AL300, making it particularly suitable for vehicle-to-everything applications that transmit less data and move constantly. The communication cost is much lower than high-speed LTE. Even in the case of deployment on a large scale, it can effectively control operating costs and help fleets improve management efficiency.
AL300 has obtained the EU CE mark, the US FCC (Federal Communications Commission)’s certification, the certification of Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada, the PTCRB certification, and the RoHS certification to better protect human health and the environment, while meeting many countries’ rigorous standards. Furthermore, the AL300 LTE-M waterproof tracker that has been certified by the US telecom operator AT&T has been officially launched recently.
